Prodomo
A SaaS platform for managing residential buildings — expenses, common charges, communication with residents — built for the Greek market. Node.js/Express backend, React app, PostgreSQL, MinIO for object storage, running on Docker Compose on a self-managed Hetzner box.
Runs with a full observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Promtail, with GeoIP enrichment on request logs) and a couple of AI-assisted features: anomaly detection on expense bills, and natural-language Q&A over building data via a scoped, read-only text-to-SQL setup.
